At Ultra Nostalgia, every item we carry has a story and we want yours to be a good one. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To start a return, email shop@ultranostalgia.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll take it from there.
Please do not send anything back before hearing from us first.
Return Shipping
Returns within Canada ship free. We'll provide a prepaid label once your return is approved.
International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including any accessories, inserts, manuals, or original packaging.
Because we specialize in vintage, collectible, and pre-owned goods, we encourage you to review all listing photos and condition descriptions carefully before purchasing. The described condition and provided photographs form part of the sale record.
Items that have been damaged, altered, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to process the funds on their end.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked final sale due to their nature or condition. Any restrictions will be clearly noted in the individual listing.
Items shipped via untracked methods at the customer's request are not eligible for refund if lost in transit.
